Free Press in Free Fall – ATHICA (9/19 – 10/1)

This week ATHICA (The Athens Institute for Creative Arts) will open an exhibit and series of events called “Free Press in Free Fall.” This event addresses the current state of the American newsmedia through both contemporary art and photojournalism. It looks at how the digital age are rapidly changing the way we ingest, interpret and disseminate news and information--and the effect the shift is having on print media.
