Virtual Tailgate! NMI in Second Life. Friday, 11/2

OK, get those avatars dusted off, it is time to tail-gate! On November 2th (the Friday before the Troy State game) the New Media Institute will be holding a virtual tailgate for those interested in meeting and interacting with current UGA students, UGA Alumni, and fans of both UGA football and UGA academics. The tailgate will feature a variety activities for those who attend including a interactive bulldawg, a full sized football field, free footballs and UGA spirit gear, and more! Come show some Second Life support for your Georgia Bulldawgs! I will be sending out more info. But if you haven’t done so yet, log on to Second Life (http://www.secondlife.com) and create your avatar (the virtual version of yourself). And don’t worry about your clothes because you can get dawg wear for free at the virtual tailgate.
