This DBB (Tu, 4/15, 12:30P) Virtual Worlds – Kaneva’s Chris Klaus

Kaneva is Georgia’s home-grown virtual world. Chris Klaus started Internet Security Solutions then sold it to IBM. He took the money and started building his own world – a virtual one called Kaneva (http://www.kaneva.com/). Kaneva is different from other virtual worlds in that it attempts to incorporate users’ media – like songs, videos, etc. At our next Digital Brown Bag (Tu, 4/14, 12:30P – 1:30P, NMI, 412 Journalism), Chris will tell us what he is trying to accomplish.
